Paul Bush for Asda George

Animation company Film Club has joined forces with live action production company th2ng to make a mixed media ad for George at Asda through Fallon.

The final look is as if stickers in a kid's exercise book have come to life. The sticker kids jump around as their clothes animate and change.

To get the performances from the kids they were shot real time by Film Club’s Paul Bush and th2ng's Nick Meikle and then frame cut afterwards to get the "animation look".

Animated doodles and sketches were added to pages of the exercise book to complete the look.

All post production was completed at th1ng.
